7IntroductionBullying is any aggressive behavior that is typically repeated over. Bullying at school or any learning institution is meant to cause distress, harm or fear. In general, bullying creates a negative environment within the school or learning institution. It entails power imbalance between the target and the aggressor (Banks). Bullying occurs in several forms such as electronic (cyber), social, verbal and physical bullying. The educational system is a form or type of learning that entails a systematic order to be followed during the acquisition of knowledge and skills. Therefore, the report is set to investigate the effec ts of bullying on our educational system. Also, the report shall give recommendation and ways of addressing the bullying behavior. The self-esteem and confidence of the student are affected drastically leading to poor academic performance. They are left with long term effects, and most of them end up committing suicide.
